I. Your Right to Erasure
Powder Peak Whitefish honors your sovereignty over your personal information. You may request the permanent deletion of any personal data we hold — including details you submitted through this website, our Private Inquiry channels, or a Facebook or Instagram lead form — at any time and at no cost.
II. How to Submit a Request
Email info@powderpeakwhitefish.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," or call +1 (406) 732-7472. To help us locate your records, please include the full name, email address, and phone number you originally provided.
III. Data Collected via Facebook & Instagram
If you contacted us through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead advertisement, the information you entered on that form is the data governed by this request. We never access your social account, profile, or connections — only the contact details and answers you expressly provided. Submitting a request removes those records from our systems and our connected client-relationship platform.
IV. Verification & Timeline
To protect your privacy, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will acknowledge receipt promptly and complete the deletion within thirty (30) days, then confirm at the email address on file once the erasure is finalized.
V. Scope & Lawful Retention
A completed request erases your inquiry dossier, lead records, and associated attribution telemetry. Limited information may be retained only where required to satisfy legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, after which it is securely purged. Questions regarding data governance may be directed to the Office of the Principal Broker at our Whitefish headquarters.
