HOA & Rental Policy

To protect the sanctity and exclusivity of Powder Peak, the Homeowners Association actively manages access, maintenance, and rental permissions. The focus is strictly on long-term value preservation and community tranquility.

  • Rental Exclusivity: Short-term rentals (less than 30 days) are strictly prohibited to ensure a private, transient-free sanctuary.

  • White-Glove Maintenance: HOA dues encompass comprehensive exterior maintenance, snow removal to the heated driveways, structural insurance, and concierge-level common area upkeep.

  • Capital Reserves: A robust initial capitalization of the reserve fund is mandated to prevent future special assessments for visionary architectural upkeep.
