Privacy Policy

I. The Covenant of Discretion

Powder Peak recognizes that for our global clientele, discretion is a luxury. We operate with a strict privacy framework; any information captured through our Private Inquiry channels, Broker Portal, or related digital interfaces is safeguarded using industry-standard TLS encryption, strict serverless origin validation, and secure Cloudflare CAPTCHA verification in transit.

II. Architectural Data Stewardship

Information provided by prospective residents is utilized solely to facilitate direct, principal-to-principal communication with the Powder Peak development group and our appointed Principal Brokers. This data serves as the foundation for orchestrating private viewings and personalizing the acquisition experience. We do not sell, distribute, or leverage personal dossiers for third-party marketing under any circumstances.

III. Telephony & TCPA Integrity

As per Montana and federal TCPA regulations, the provision of a cellular contact number constitutes explicit, affirmative consent for priority verbal or SMS correspondence directly pertaining to Powder Peak acquisitions. This consent is required to activate the 4-minute priority connection protocol with our Director of Residences. This authorization is wholly severable and may be revoked at your discretion at any time.

IV. Analytics & System Telemetry

To sustain the operational excellence of this secure digital ecosystem, Powder Peak utilizes proprietary session orchestration and rolling 90-day attribution ledgers. Upon entry, the system may generate a persistent cryptographic identifier (`v_uuid`) and log acquisition parameters to authenticate multi-session journeys. This deterministic telemetry, coupled with secure Server-Side API routing (such as Meta CAPI), allows our engineering teams to ensure our visual assets reach the appropriate global audience without exposing raw behavioral data to third-party scraping. Continued navigation of this environment constitutes implied consent to this secure infrastructure under corresponding US jurisdictions.

V. Montana Data Sovereignty

In compliance with the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act (CDPA), residents and prospective buyers retain full sovereignty over their data. You have the right to request a complete audit, correction, or deletion of your digital dossier. All inquiries regarding data governance should be directed to the Office of the Principal Broker at our Whitefish headquarters.
